When I was selling my home the buyer ran into an issue with their mortgage lender not able to pull all three credit reports. This happened the day before closing. The movers had already left (I was moving to Texas) and I was leaving the following morning. We pushed the closing date out 10 days to the following Friday. Through it all Nicole was the voice of calm and reason while I was beginning to worry and borderline panic that the deal would fall through.
